GENERAL RETURN POLICY
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return the product to us and we will either repair/replace it, or credit your account. You are eligible for a REFUND which are subject to the below terms:

Product that are bought from the Physical Stores can’t be returned. All Items are eligible for return and would be processed if conditions are met.

You are always required to ship back the items by following the shipping instruction:

Packaging: Use sturdy and leak-proof containers specifically designed for shipping liquids, such as plastic bottles or sealed glass jars. Make sure they are food-grade and suitable for the type of juice being shipped. Seal the containers tightly to prevent any leaks or spills during transit. If shipping multiple bottles, consider padding each bottle individually with bubble wrap or similar cushioning materials to minimize the risk of breakage. Refrigeration: For perishable juices that require refrigeration, it is crucial to maintain the cold chain during shipping. Place the juice bottles in an insulated container or cooler with ice packs or dry ice to keep them at a safe temperature. Clearly mark the package with “Perishable” and “Keep Refrigerated” labels to alert the shipping carrier and ensure appropriate handling. Labeling and Documentation: Clearly label the package with the sender’s and recipient’s names, addresses, and contact information. Include a note or label indicating that the package contains liquid and should be handled with care. Ensure all necessary shipping documentation, such as customs forms or permits, are completed accurately and included with the shipment, if applicable. Shipping Carrier Selection: Choose a reputable shipping carrier that offers tracking services and specializes in shipping perishable goods. Inquire about their policies and procedures for shipping liquids and whether they have any specific requirements or restrictions. Timing and Delivery: Schedule the shipment to minimize the transit time and avoid delays. Consider shipping on weekdays to prevent the package from sitting in transit over the weekend. Coordinate with the recipient to ensure someone will be available to receive the package and refrigerate the juices upon arrival. Insurance and Tracking: Consider purchasing shipping insurance to protect against loss, damage, or spoilage during transit. Obtain a tracking number for the shipment so that both the sender and recipient can monitor the progress and estimated delivery date. Always consult with the specific shipping carrier for their guidelines and any additional requirements they may have for shipping liquids.

REFUND POLICY
In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 7 days of your purchase. If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 7 days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.

In order for the product to be eligible for a Refund, make sure these conditions are met:

Product must include original tags (if applicable)
Product must have the receipt or proof of purchase
If the product you have received which turns out to be defective or otherwise of poor quality (save for direct warranty products which are discussed below), please notify us as soon as reasonably possible after you become aware of the defect or poor quality.
